  • What types of facials do you offer?

    We provide a range of facials including deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, acne treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning and more!

  • How often should I get a facial?

    Most clients benefit from a facial every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on their skin type and goals. Regular treatments help maintain skin balance and enhance results over time. A single facial refreshes the skin, while a treatment plan transforms it.

  • Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

    Yes, we use gentle, dermatologist-approved products designed to soothe and protect sensitive skin while delivering effective results.
  • What should I expect during a facial session?

    Each session includes cleansing, exfoliation, customized treatment masks, and moisturizing. Our estheticians also provide skin analysis and personalized advice. All of our facial treatments include a scalp, shoulder, arm, hand and facial massage.

  • Which Treatment is right for me?

    Each experience  begins with a professional skin analysis.  If you are unaware which facial to choose, you can book our customized facial and we can discuss and plan for the right facial based on your skin analysis and your answers to our online forms.

  • Are your treatments painful?

    Some advanced treatments may cause mild warmth, tingling or temporary redness.  Your esthetician will go over this before your treatment and make sure your the right candidate for it.

  • How many treatments will I need?

    While some results are visible after a single facial, our advanced treatments will achieve optimal results through multiple treatment series and proper homecare. Treatment frequency  is determined based on your skin's condition and goals.

  • Can I wear makeup after?

    We recommend allowing your skin to breathe for 24 hours before applying makeup.

  • Do I need professional skincare products?

    Yes, your homecare routine is an essential extension of your facial treatments and plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing results.

  • Can I continue using my current products?

    We will review your current routine and make personalized recommendations to optimize your results.

  • What if I have sensitive skin or allergies? What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

    Your safety and comfort are our top priority.  Please notify us of any sensitivities, allergies or medical conditions. Some treatments are safe during pregnancy/breastfeeding, while others are not.  Please inform us prior to your appointment.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    No, but a credit card on file is required.  We do not charge the card until after the appointment is completed and you sign for it.  You have the option to pay in cash or Zelle as well.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. We understand things can happen or there is an emergency. Please notify us as soon as possible. We are by appointment only, and we come in just for you.

     No shows or last minute cancellations will result in a 50% fee.

    If you do not fill out your forms or confirm 24 hours before, we will reach out to you via text or call. If we do not hear from you, we will cancel your appointment.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, Zelle and major credit cards (credit cards are subject to a 3.5% fee)

    We do not accept gift cards that are not purchased from our website or booking site.

  • Are services or retail refundable?

    All services and retail sales are final sale. Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable but can be used as a credit towards other facials or treatments (retail is not included in the credit).
